Perhaps the most challenging part of mastering business and finance is understanding yourself well enough to be able to spot, understand and work with your blind spots and underlying motivations. We have found no better tool to enable that work of self-understanding and reflection than the Enneagram and specifically the assessment tool produced by the iEQ9 organisation in

  • Core Enneagram Type
  • 27 Subtypes
  • Centers of Expression (Centers of Intelligence)

how it works

The iEQ9 is a 175-question assessment, eight years in the making.

It’s a quantitatively researched assessment that uses advanced algorithms and predictive analysis to produce an exceptionally reliable Enneagram Report and Profile for individuals or teams.

Of course no self-assessed report or personality type evaluation is going to nail it completely but as Ian Morgan Cron, one of the world’s leading Enneagram practitioners and host of the excellent podcast Typology, it provides a picture with a pretty good resolution. The level of research and testing used to design and refine the iEQ9 make it the most reliable Enneagram report currently available.

As a starting point for leadership coaching and self-reflection the iEQ9 report is a superb tool and one that can allow us to achieve a depth of engagement that would otherwise take a very long time to attain.
